Free entrance to the park is the best! We don't get a good discount to buy tickets at the park but at least get to go into the Park whenever we want and bring people in with us.
The best thing about the benefits package is that accrued and unused vacation days can be paid out to the cast member. Taxes are taken out of this additional income.
Health Benefits. You also get two set of disneyland passes every fall and summer. This doesn't include spouse and kids.
