the best things is the unlimited times you get to visit the park and bring in friends and family but the worst is working so much with very little to say knowing the people across the street at ihop are making more money then you

I enjoyed having a very flexible schedule. You also get free sign ins as well as a pass into the park for yourself. Pay is low though.

Overall benefits are great. The best company perk is the main entrance pass which allows you you to bring your friends and family into the park. They are adding a significant number of block out dates on this pass however, the most I have ever seen in the last 10 years. I hope this is not a sign of them eventually removing this company perk.

Vacation and sick accrual are about 30 hours/ sick hour (for full time). The best benefit is the sign ins- 16 times per year you can sign in 3 people per day, plus 4 complimentary passes per year. The only issue is that the sign in's keep getting blocked due to "estimated park capacities"- and then there's practically nobody in the park!

When Obama Care rolled out Disney cut their lower level health benefits packages. They do offer a pretty great 401K
