Diversant offers every benefit that you need but the price is what is the problem when you are trying to find something more affordable.
They just totally screwed their contractors with 2018 benefits Health benefits were great - PPO plan. Now they are horrible.
The people at Diversant are really nice and very very helpful. They have really communicated everything perfectly from the very beginning to me.
First time using the benefits package. All seems well with the package so far.
standard package with high insurance plan
knowing that you can go to your primary Dr of choice is very comforting
The company recently moved from United Healthcare to Cigna for medical insurance coverage. I was able to save a few dollars under the new plan. The dental and vision insurance remained the same but those two were already economical. I'm confident that our new VP of HR will continue to look for ways that we can save in this area.
I am a contract worker who started in June 2016. The benefits that were offered when I joined were not affordable. The new plans that are offered after 9/1/2016 are more affordable and I enrolled. As a contractor, I have no paid time off. The job I have now is 100% work from home, so that is a huge benefit to me.
Communication during benefits Open enrollment was a bit confusing...difficult to get simple questions answered
The PTO is at industry standard you will gained 8 hours every 2 weeks of billable time to the client. The medical, dental package is with CIGNA which is always good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
