Being a small but steadily growing company, Division-D does what they can to provide their employees with a good benefits package. The do give out the basics of benefits, and do a lot of events and provide little things like snacks for the entire office & GOOD coffee. They offer Paid maternity leave & (I think) a shorter paternity leave.
Pay you an extremely low base salary with promises of commission. However, after several months my commission checks totaled less than $300
The company lifestyle. There were a lot of inclusion activities. It felt like a 21st century company, or ahead of their time. Appeared to have a great work life balance(from the intern prospective)
Company parties, free snacks, free coffee, 6-weeks paid maternity and paternity leave, paid sick, personal and vacation time!
I don't know too much about it as an intern, but they're really flexible with sick days and the discount at Wilson's is cool
