Good health insurance, decent pay, great referral program. No clear advantage for new hires with advanced degrees and/or licenses. The firm will pay you bonuses for those items after the fact, but offer no salary adjustments for those items as a newcomer.

DHG has a profit sharing program instead of a match. Their new flex dress policy means I spend less at the dry cleaners and I am more comfortable in the office. The new Energy for Life program allows you to focus on yourself so you can balance your life outside of work.

Employees are allowed to work flexible schedules during the off peak seasons. You could either do 4 10-hour days or 4 9-hour days and a half day on the fifth day.

Best is flexible hours for a part-time job. The worst is it is only a part-time job and cannot be extended to a full-time position.
