    The health benefits are changing, I do not like the present insurance company and fortunately they are going away. This includes a new HSA that will be implemented which is a great deal!

  • 401K Plan(3 comments)

    The company does match the contributions up to 5% of the maximum allowed under the law. They also offer stock purchase.

Health insurance is expensive. Vacation plan is very outdated (10 or more years of service to get an additional week). Good 401K match and great subsidized cafeteria on-site.

Health insurance premiums were considerable higher for less coverage than other local companies. 401K funds did not have much to choose from.

Benefits are good overall, as with any company there are areas for improvement regarding these. Dealings with travel could be a lot better.
