    YEs we get 20 days off. This is crazy. They tell you to take days off to take a break.

    Vacation and sick days are one bucket totaling 160 hours. PTO times maxes at 240 so they do want you to take it. You get 10 paid holidays a year plus your birthday holiday which you can take when you wish.
