Dolby has a 9/80 work schedule for all U.S. employees (every other Friday off) and corporate shut down over Christmas holidays.

Not competitive, low pay raises, good gym
Like most contractors, you don't get get health insurance or benefits, but they do have an incredible gym and my boss always made sure her team was able to attend the holiday party.
