No longer offering pension. 100 and 90 health plans will be eliminated for a high deductible insurance option. Slightly increased the 401K offerings to offset changes.

Pension plan, health, vision and dental insurance, 401k, 2-week vacation increases 1 week after 5 years and every five years after. The benefits package is at least equivalent to competing banks.
It is nice that they aren't sales driven. However, they are very very cheap. The pay is awful and the technology is outdated. The new technology they have recently purchased is cumbersome and inefficient, and it leads to a lot of errors.

They offer a 401k to both part-time and full-time employees. Being a college student this seems like an amazing perk ot get started with my future so soon!

Health insurance is great, could use more PTO but the work isn't hard so I'll take the two weeks they give you.
