It does have many perks but better insurance would help.
The only choice you have is United Health Care with a deductible of $1,400 - $2,200 before they pay anything. All the other benefits are good at reasonable cost.

Decreased 401k match from 6% to only 2% around 2008 and never increased it again, even after booking record profits year after year and Scott Thompson & rest of BOD/VPs/Mgmt making handsome raises & yearly bonuses.
