this is a standard benefit
I personally have not utilized FMLA however many of my Store and Assistant Managers utilized this benefit and were more than satisfied as it secured their position and seniority
You will have medical family leave you also have your own personal medical leave they will not deny that especially if it's on the job training
There was always someone to cover the shift.
You have to practically beg to take family leave even when you qualify for it. Human Resource person is very rude
I really do not know much about medical leave. While I worked there I never needed it. I never had any managers that used it as well. Plus the DM frowns upon you needing to be out of your store for any reason at all.
Everything was great about the insurance
