    Not sure how it compares to other employers but it's offered. I don't remember it being very expensive.

    The life insurance was if you were to die on the job then your family would get your salary. You could also purchase more insurance if you wanted but once you left the company then you were no longer able to keep the policy.

    There is no offer for this. Perhaps it is offered to upper management at the corporate level.

    Life insurance plans through a business, means that they can get the cost down to a lower premium. For instance, they could get a $100,000 policy for employees on all levels for $30.00/month. If an employee were to take out a policy on their own for $100,000 would most likely pay $100.00/month.
