As a part-time employee i wasn't able to receive a benefit package unfortunately. But i was able to look at the benefits package and from what i remember scene the store manager didn't opt in on it because the premium was to o high.

This company didn't have benefits for part time position. With in one month of employment I was presented with an opportunity to advance with the company for a different position.

Salary range could be better. 401 plan was not discussed so not sure about it. Vacation is ok. Insurance is provided with costs partially met by company and the associate.

The 401 sucks, health coverage is really costly (based on the pay)

You only get hired on as part time, unless managerial. As a part time cashier, there are no benefits. Nothing. No vacation time, no PTO, no 401 K. Raises are yearly and only a couple cents.

There are none! They give you a 10 minute break but that includes going to the bathroom.
