I just got hired December 19 2019, was promoted to full-time assistant Operations Manager in 3 weeks after hire. Currently I have 24 hours PTO zero hours sick time.
12 PTO + federal holidays
They gave me 5 days off the bat but changed the value of the hrs of each day after I started.
The only reason they have it is because CA law requires it
40 hours vacation for whole year
They give you one week vacation when you start, good luck having the time to take it. There is never enough coverage in the stores, and you as the DM will need to fill in.
Time off is a good benefit
For part time I was surprised at the amount given compared to other retail. Some dont offer much.
Paid sick time is one hour per 40 hours you work, but it is capped at 40 hours total. Paid vacation time is given to only managers after they have been in the position for a year. They give the standard 30 hours of vacation time but as you go on year by year you can get more than 30 hours.
