Paid sick time is one hour per 40 hours you work, but it is capped at 40 hours total. Paid vacation time is given to only managers after they have been in the position for a year. They give the standard 30 hours of vacation time but as you go on year by year you can get more than 30 hours.

PTO sick time is 1 hour per 40 hours you work but they cap it at 40 hours. Paid vacation time is only given after you are a manager for a year and you get the standard 30 hours.

I had built up a good deal of PTO over the many years I was there. So I was able to take a few longer vacations, which was great. But you really had to plan your vacation around resets and holidays.

You have to request for vacation. In the end they can change their mind.

Some store managers will use your paid time off to suppliment their allotted store hours. You will work a full shift, then they use your paid time off as if you weren't even there. It's criminal and a common practice in some of the stores.
