Vacation and paid time off are treat as "awards" not benefits. Therefore, if you don't use it, you lose it. The company has a "no blackout policy" concerning vacations. However, every district manager must approve vacations...and they have their own blackout policy (even though the company states their is no blackouts for vacations)
very generous with PTO & Vacation for full time employees
Weeks paid vacation which is nice for all the work the make managers do ALONE throughout the year
only part time manager and full time managers dont pay it out if you have any left if you quit
Depending on how large a volume of store you have and how many assistant managers you have, you might have to wait a very long time to get your vacation. District was hurting, my assistants were helping stores where people quit. I asked for vacation every month, for 8 months before I could get a week off. Was past summer, ruined my vacation, and still got calls asking me to end it early and come back.
Takes awhile to earn a few weeks off
Highest amouint of vacation is 4 weeks after 15 years
The worst thing is that management starts off with less vacation than the employees.
I Like That We Get Paid, I Dont Like How Much The Pay Is.
vacation time limited to 1 week in first year
