They tend to be pretty good at keeping you one the same schedule that you worked out with the manager however, for someone who changes availability often or is a manger may have more difficulty.
They tend to be pretty good at keeping you at the schedule you have previously worked out with the manager and not adding hidden shifts but for someone who changes availability often they may have more difficulty.
The manager i worked for didn't allow flexible hours.
Making my own schedule was something that I appreciated because I had other obligations that I needed to take care of from time to time
They work with your schedule most of the time if you ask them and they are a nice manager.
Not available, work you 120 hrs on salary a week and not care
They call you to come in a lot on your days off and they also show you no respect as a human.
when I got rehired back at the government The supervisor didn't want to work with the hrs. I worked normal hrs there however three weeks after I was hired and another guy was hired at the same time. the other guy walked off the job. So this gave me choice for a lot of over time. I was late for domino's a lot between the traffic and the hrs worked. I was told by my supervisor after almost nine years of working for them that I need to choose between the overtime and domino's. So I made the choice and said what would I choose a job with no benefits, minimum wage . well that choice was easy. I choose my government job. Sometimes I choose to work a second job just for some extra spending money.
Good for those who just want to make some extra cash or just balance the school and work.
As long as they're staffed well, the hours are flexable.
