50% employee discount, Company matches 401k contribution, low cost health packages compared to most companies in the food industry (vision and dental options, company covered life insurance), 80 hours paid vacation per year (any unused hours Do Not roll over to new year), 40 hours Sick Leave pay, Great Pay with Awesome Benefits

No 401K, Vacation time is a joke because you will never be able to take a successful vacation. Health insurance is baseline with no real perks.

The worst thing is that you work at a pizza place, and you get a half off SELECT food, and to be honest, your discount is only a few cents better than the coupons everyday customers get.

No perks at all. Only if you are the manager you will receive insurance benefits

Well it's nice that they offer few medical benefit plans to come out of your check pre-tax although it is employee paid and employer doesn't put anything into it in addition unless your general manager they do not offer Dental of which again you pay for but it is nice to have the option to get it and it come out of your paycheck some places don't even give you that

Time off highly frowned upon - criticized and often not given. No benefits.

The best thing about the company is you can opt out of benefits because I dont trust that the company would do the right thing with my money. The worst thing about the company is that they dont bother rewarding the employees and would rather say they would give raises and then never get it done or offer referral bonus and then not pay the referee the payment. Its shameful.

If any of these things existed, it's news to me. Minimum wage ($7.25) while in store, $4.25 when out on the road. Often times the cooks made the wrong food which we could eat for free if the manager wasn't there to throw it in the trash in front of us.
