The health insurance and 401k package are really good from what I have seen of them while I was there.
Didn't have benefits for part time driver until I left (go figure). However you do have discounts on food which did help.

As a full time team member, benefits are standard for the industry. 50% discount on all full price menu items. 401k matching is available with the proper commitment, medical and dental plans are decent, but as an AM you are only allocated 40 hours (one week) of PTO per year and even as a GM you start at 80 hours PTO. No sick days for team members below General Manager. All full time team members are REQUIRED to have open availability with no restrictions such as school or other jobs.
