Two weeks but only gm and higher but you work so much you don't have opportunity to take

How much vacation time depends on the franchise. However, all of them require a full year's work before you can accrue PTO. Finding a good time for your family and the store is the hardest part.

Paid time off seems about on par with other companies in the QSR...if you can manage to get it off.

As stated earlier, it's not cool when you find at 6 months that you missed a few hours here and there (some of which you were scheduled, but they let you go home b/c it was slow) and you came in shy of 40 hours for the week. You have to meet / exceed 40 hours every week for 6 months in order to get vacation time. No PTO

Vacation and paid time off policy is fair. Other companies have better vacation policies. Domino's does not negotiate when it comes to paid time off.

you don't get it unless you are there more then a year

One week paid vacation if you are a GM, or GMIT Level 3. Not competitive with nearby businesses
