Overall benefits package is fantastic. 401k match, ESOP, Health/Dental are the highlights for me personally. They also schedule services at HQ for added convenience. For example they are having a mobile dental company come to HQ next month for free cleanings, x-rays, and teeth whitening.
Decent package for a SaaS company, nothing extra ordinary. Companies in the area for the same size tend to offer a few more things, but overall just average.
Benefits here are hard to beat. Free lunch, snacks, breakfast, and dinner for those who stay past a certain hour. Generous PTO that starts around 4 weeks, plus time off between Christmas and New Years. Great health, dental, vision, etc. insurance 401k and ESPP.

Domo also has pretty unique ones like cash for Maternity Clothes in addition to maternity/paternity leave, free catered lunch, reimbursement for gym memberships, bonuses for big projects (i.e. we had to finish something by Domopalooza, taking many OT hours, and our team received a pretty hefty bonus for doing so).

Amazing benefits and great perks onsite. You can do an HSA or PPO plan. The premium plans for both the HSA and PPO include the IHC & UofU healthcare network. Dental and vision are great and at a low cost.
