Our benefits are passed along through Hertz, and they have very recently made some really positive changes to benefits with the new plan year (which starts in July). Health Care Plans: Previously only high-deductible health plans were available, and now a more traditional PPO is available as a choice. Personally, I find the premium costs very affordable when compared to my last place of employment. Negative is United Healthcare is the only provider, and many doctors in the area only take BCBS. New Employees: Great change for new employees is that they can get health insurance and contribute to their 401K much more quickly now (as of Aug 2018). Maternity/Paternity leave: A major positive change is maternity/paternity leave. New mothers who give birth can get a total of 100% paid (base salary) 10 weeks of maternity leave. Technically, it's 8 weeks for birth-recovery, and 2 weeks for child bonding. This means new parents who don't give birth (e.g. fathers or parents through adoption) also get 2 weeks 100% paid (base salary). Paid maternity and paternity leave in the U.S. is overall pathetic compared to other developed countries, so this is a major positive change.
Standard benefits. WFH policy and sick leave used loosely in many departments resulting in other team members to step up without any repercussions to ones who abuse it.
High costs but many options available
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation

They have flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
Donlen has adopted Hertz' benefits package which used to be above average industry standards. Over the last year, they have discontinued their Retirement Plan as well as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which brings overall value down to average.
The best thing is that there are a lot of benefits and discounts, the worst is that you cannot insure spouses (who are working) on your medical
