Your are able to set your own schedule with exception of training. After training you have the opportunity to advance to different levels.

Good dental and vision coverage. Health insurance offered, but the package is not very good. Poor paid time off. Only 3 sick days. Best thing offered is a discounted Metro pass.
NO paid time off or vacation pay until you've worked there for over 2 years. Sketchy health Insurance. HR not responsive to workplace hazards and lack knowledge in dealing with health/security issues.
I guess the best thing is that they have some, but like many crappy jobs today, it's the bare minimum. I think you even have to wait 90 or 365 days to be eligible, which is probably criminal in a civilised place like Europe.
