Dorman offered a comprehensive Medical and Dental package. As prices continued to rise rapidly, Dorman tempered the increases to their employees and incurred the larger impact of the expense.
Terrible 401k , Health insurance is expensive, Low pay compared to other companies.
Comprehensive and competitive benefits pkg. Benefits are offered to new hires after they have completed 60 days of employment
The overall benefits package isn't terrible. For those having children, mother or father, you do get 4 weeks off. They seem disinterested in professional development until not doing so was starting to harm them, even then they're lukewarm on the idea.
Best thing is that it is great for prescriptions. Worst is that it is expensive. Would not recommend these plans.
They are vague and don't explain clearly or communicate it well.
401k contribution is only done once a year. It is a percentage of salary. Must be there one year before you are eligible for this.
Great and affordable benefits.
The benefits were expensive and not great coverage. They encouraged you to use Teladoc services as much as possible to keep their overhead down. Two stars for the profit sharing.
Several choices or options offered. Costs competitive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
