“Uniform training does not mean good training. The training can be consistently good or bad.”
Great place to work at
no benefits for seasonal employees
No real benefits for part time/ seasonal employees aside from free access to all parks under cedar fair’s company. Discount of all merch in Park and even larger discount on food in employee cafe. Also after working a minimum of 160 hours you get 8 or 16 free Dorney Park tickets for friends and family. (16 if returning employee)
Best thing is you get in for free. Thats it.
Fantastic perks. Can visit park for free,
Dorney park offers a wide variety of benefits to associates. Full time employees have access to health care/401k etc, and part time still have good benefits as well. My report is based off of my own experience.
The only benefit you really get is free park admission and you really don't want to go after working there 5-6 days a week
There is not benefits for seasonal employees besides free admission.
you get in trouble for more than one call out
You do not get any benefits at Dorney. This job is almost exclusively for kids.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
