401k Match is great. Other benefits are inconsistent for support staff. Benefits are much better for attorneys.
Health insurance isn't great but dental isn't terrible. Overall it could definitely be better.
The company's health and dental plans are pretty good. No 401k matching only a certain profit sharing contribution after certain amount of time service.
Included medical coverage for all your dependents. Vacation and sick days rolled into one PTO bank.
Some of Dorsey's best benefits are the generous PTO policy, one paid volunteer day per year, the on-site gym (which is currently being renovated), the medical plan, and the employer 401(K) contribution.
Generous PTO policy for new and continuing staff (more than the standard two weeks). Also an on-site gym in Mpls (currently under construction but will reopen in the spring). Fun and interesting programs for staff throughout the year.
As a contractor, I did not get offered any benefits packages from this employer, however my colleagues were quite pleased with what they were offered as full time employees.
Dorsey has excellent benefits! The firm offers a generous PTO policy, employer 401(K) contribution, and great health insurance that is largely subsidized by the firm. Also, the Minneapolis office has a free on-site gym.
I only had a salary and basic healthcare. I was only a temporary employee however. Salary was very good.
Flexible with vacation, good maternity and paternity leave policies, no 401K matching, bad health plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
