Overall, good benefits. But there have been some cutbacks in recent years, with employees having to pay more for health insurance.
Excellent health coverage, including fertility benefits, dental and concierge medicine. Access to the top digital tools and services to make access and navigation to benefits easy. Three weeks' paid vacation to start, 6 personal days per year, 20 weeks maternity leave. Union membership with present, engaged representatives who truly seem to care.
