At Dow, we recognize our employees’ outstanding efforts and contributions, and we offer a compensation and benefits package which is considered top tier in our industry.
Great benefits including 401k and health benefits
Good Company to work for been there for over a year
401K not always the best
The pay was the best. Great package. Flexible hours and great management
Retirement package is perhaps below average for employees hired after 2007. Has a pension that grows very slowly--will be a very tiny contribution to overall retirement funding needs. 401K match is on the lower end of average. No retiree medical. Health insurance is good and offers an HSA option. Dental and vision are also offered. Paid vacation/holidays are pretty traditional, new employees get a little, those near retirement get a lot. Other types of leave are industry-leading, particularly untracked sick leave (within reason) and maternity leave.
Dow has comprehensive health benefits, with good gym facilities
The best thing is they start from day 1. No waiting 90 days
Good: match 4~5% to 401k plan, life insurance for family, good legal plan, Bad: health insurance offer, maximum out of pocket limits are very high.
Great health insurance options. Copay is low and a variety of physicians.
There are multiple options for health insurance depending on what you want as an individual. They provide 401k matching and a pension, which is no longer common to find. There are 10 holidays and a great vacation schedule depending on years of service to the company.
