“It was the standard 4 weeks that is no different to any other employer. Time in lieu was always very difficult to request and administrate”
holidays is very good and comfortable
Basics provided with some extras
Lots of partnerships to benefit employees, however none of much discount or value. The employee assistance program is outstanding and a great offering for staff and their families
Felt like a number as I was always paid within a band of my peers however always requested to do succession and additional tasks
Good benefits and discounts
They are a Fair employer
money, days off are good. high workload
Remuneration is on par with other companies hiring for the same role.
good health insurance, lease car arrangements, gym subsidies, flexible work arrangements, car parking, employee assistance programs, job share, vehicle, phone
My manager knew that my wife was due pregnancy and started to push my name to redundancy rather giving a paid leave, though the project was due for 6 months . Office politics are so cheap at this place that , if you know someone , they will keep you till end of the project, if not kick you out !
