New generous Parental Leave and $10k Family Building benefit (for fertility and/or adoption)
Excellent all around benefits from a great company
WFH policy is rigid (for HQ people we only can WFH on Wednesdays), only 2 sick days per year, no wellness/fitness benefits, all company events emphasize drinking
3 weeks PTO + 1 week shutdown week around Christmas. Overall package is great. For HQ employees, other than work from home wednesday, there is very little flexibility. 2 days of sick leave / year.
Better than typical 401k matching, Doximity offers a rare "Mega Backdoor Roth" compatible 401k plan (Google this). The plan allows after-tax paycheck contributions, so 401k contributions can total up to $55,000/yr (in 2018). Your after-tax contributions can be rolled over to a Roth IRA anytime and will then grow and be withdrawn tax-free, which can increase your investment return rate (compared to after-tax real rate of return) up to 33%! Roth IRA funds can be withdrawn before retirement without tax or penalty as early as 5 years after you first contribute to a Roth IRA. This is a huge perk for anyone who wants to save and become financially independent.
WFH wednesday, catered lunch every day, quarterly offsites, great healthcare package
Health insurance Company stock options Free breakfast catered lunch Wednesday is mandatary WFH Transit pass Quarterly Offsite's

Overall it is good. If you are a senior developer, they will bend over backwards. Otherwise, not much sympathy for junior/mid-level developers.
Best thing is the stock options and corporate culture. Worst thing, no ROI matching, highly favor devs (no $ for non-dev referral)
