Great benefits but this will only apply to those who are full time. However, part time employees do receive some awesome perks most companies don’t even offer to full timers.
Quality Products and great customer service
health insurance, PTO, sick time, good access to HR partners, Employee Assistance Program, dental can be a drag bc you pay in advance and get reimbursed
The benefit package is better then previous employers
Very affordable to add spouse and/or children to health insurance, excellent transportation benefits, summer Fridays (get off work at 1:00 pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day), 65% discount on product, free pair at hire and twice a year.
The best thing about it is that there are medical-dental-vision insurance. Basic plan with buy-up option. Good luck getting any benefits questions answered!
The best thing about working here is the free and very good discount on boots and shoes. When they come out with a new line, you usually get to pick out one pair because they want you to wear them as promotion at work.
The benefits package was good
Great healthcare coverage, good transportation reimbursement, fun office environment, gym on site, convenient location, employee discount/free shoes, pay is less than other companies offering comparable positions.
It seemed ok for full-time but the only real benefits for part timers is free shoes, and $100/month for parking/public transit/fuel
