Expensive insurance and crappy plan
Married couples have to get separate plans even thought they work for the same company
Benefits and 401K is good.
Paternity leave is 2 weeks at 100% pay. Maternity leave is 6 weeks at total - 2 weeks at full pay and 4 weeks at 60% pay.
No Public transportation and frown on overtime.
I received all the benefits as any big company would provide. There was the 401k , medical, and paid vacation time.
The company does match and the 401k plan is really for everyone. You get to pick how much and when it come out to.
Insurance is pretty decent and premiums aren't too high. Medical, dental, and vision. Short term disability paid by employer.
