Above average benefits from a west coast provider accepted without issues locally
PTO is very limited, 401k is not matched. Benefits are okay at best, have seen much better out of other startups that have been around the same amount of time.
Worst: No 401K match!!!
The health benefits are great and very competitive. They didn't have a 401K, which is a critical piece me.
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage. Start with 2 weeks PTO, good carryover. 401`K but no matching.
The benefits are good, but the employee contribution is extremely high.
Salaries are below market, and the benefits package as a whole is as well. The medical benefits are decent, and they will cover a portion of the coverage for your family but it's pretty expensive. There's no 401(k) match, and doesn't seem to be a plan to change that. While the PTO package seems generous (up to 5 weeks plus company holidays) I didn't ever feel like I could use the PTO, and I worked many holidays.
Full Benefits. including 401k and more! There's nothing else to say it's great what the company offers to their employees.
Overall great health benefits, although they don't currently match 401K contributions.
Great health insurance, very strong dental, 401k, Flex Spending, stock options, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
