The option is there which is nice to be able to invest tax free dollars. There is no company match which is not ideal, but is not out of the norm

Dresser-Rand deposits 3% of your salary into your retirement savings plan regardless of what you contribute. You need to be employed for at least three years in order to become fully vested in this, however.
They have a better package than most.
Not bad...pretty decent contributions on half of the employer.
They contribute a minimum of 3% whether you sign up or not. They additionally match up to 4 or 5 %.
