You start earning PTO after your every pay period. Health care is paid by employer which is very nice. No bonuses for inspection center employees is the only con. Have lunch ins almost every month a pro.
One of the benefits they offered was a bonus plan... when the recruiter spoke to me he said it was a guaranteed minimum of 1,000 per month. That was a lie!
