The amount of time off is great. It's hard to find time to take it
Excellent plan, based on your Seniority
Super easy, and reasonable pto accrual.
PTO is accrued monthly. Your first year is 11 days, second year is 17 days, 3rd year is 23 or so days. Plus 6 paid holidays throughout the year
PTO was always available
Slow accrual rate. Can be 'fronted' PTO, but only after 6 months, and not if you are on a write-up. Open on several bank holidays.
You accrue paid time off each paid period. Most new hires, except managers, start at 88 hours. The top tier is when you reach 5 years of service, and you'll have 192 hours of paid time off. That's 24 work days off per year. In other words, each year, you get paid for 12 months, but only have to work 11 of them. Use it by the end of the year or you lose it; there is no rollover or buyback option.
Great PTO even when you start
No paid time offor onemail week vacation after one year
