HR has a difficult time being taken seriously despite the fact that there are some really decent benefits that you can take advantage of if you can manage to navigate it.
great vacation. great events and perks. benefits package was a lot better than most. mental healthcare is not covered and is sought by many employees. it would be nice if they took a look at how much that might cost.

Pros: great perks, 4 weeks holidays, a lot of discounts for gyms, broadway, cinema. Paid telephone. 6 weeks of maternity/paternity leave after 1 year of work.
The monthly premium for PPO is lower than other places. Also waiting 90 days for coverage is long. Most places are 30 days.
