Excellent perks! Cellphone reimbursement, internet, quarterly perks allowance ($1750 originally and recently changed), many training programs etc!
Allowance was reduced, still a great perk. Pat leave also a incredible perk.

They’ve been cutting benefits so new parents get less time off and there’s a smaller quarterly stipend.
