Unlimited PTO at the company, and managers never telling no.
Dropbox offers unlimited PTO, it doesn't get any better than that.
"Unlimited PTO" of course is not truly unlimited, it just means that the company does not have to carry the unused PTO on its books.
We get unlimited vacation and we have a "trust policy" when it comes to sick days. It's nice they trust us to be adults and get what we need to done, but take time off when we need it.
Unlimited Paid Time Off, great for people who need to take time of to keep a balanced life, might be abused but didn't happen often.
Unlimited PTO. The double edged sword, nice if you can actually take it, but everyone is extremely busy.
