The beneifts they offer are great. They care about their employees for the most part. Very easy to work with.
Health insurance and time off is average - not bad. 401(k) is not traditional; there is no set company matching contribution. They decide on an annual basis how much will be matched.

That it exists. They have ok benefits and you accrue days off per month and two sick days. first year you can have up to 10 days.
Starting employees get 2 weeks vacation, disbursed proportionally each pay period. After a year, they get 3 weeks, and five years gets 4 weeks. All employees get two personal days to be used as sick or vacation time. All employees get one half sick day per month of employment. The 401K matching program is bad. It is based on a grandfathered-in pension program, and you will not see your first company matching until about 2 years or more from your start. This, despite being eligible for matching immediately upon enrollment. Health insurance is ok, but employees costs jumped between 2015 and 2016. Paid holidays are minimal, only 5 or 6 per year. Bonuses are minimal, amounting to about one week's pay in the case of an extremely positively-reviewed employee. Employees will be moved to salaried as soon as they pass a threshold at which overtime is no longer mandatory for salaried employees. These employees will inevitably be expected to put in extra hours.
