“The best this is the ESOP shares for all employees once they are vested because they are a employee owned company. The worst thing is the high insurance premiums due to it being an employee owned company.”

“A 401K plan is offered, which is certainly appreciated, however what sets DMA apart is the ESOP shares that are distributed on an annual basis. After several years, the ESOP share balance can represent a significant portion of retirement savings.”

Medival, dental and vision benefits are pretty standard. Have some extra items available, including mental health sessions and some paid parental leave.
Health insurance is very fair
The best thing is the ESOP program. The worst thing is the premiums.
Great Benefits. ESOP shares given out annually. Very favorable PTO days. DMA contributes $ to High Deductible HSA. Medical/Dental/Vision coverage and premiums good for the size of company DMA is. Basic life insurance coverage provided by DMA. Other coverages available, if needed. 401K available for those who desire to participate.

Great benefits and Employee Ownership Stock Plan
Bonus plan and ESOP are motivating.
Health insurance is pretty good compared to others in the market. Rarely have a claim denied in the last 10+ years working here.
DMA has added a lot of great benefits by listening to the employees. They reimburse a dollar amount for gym memberships, give a certain dollar amount for office supplies each year, and now have a maternity/paternity leave!! There are two floating days that can be taken off whenever an employee wants, plus 4 additional hours for doctor's visits.
Benefits are very competitive with others I have had.
