DMG will make annual match contributions of 50% of their first 6% of contributions after meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:
They only contribute half of up to 6% and deposit 1 time a year (after you have been employed over a year)
Good company match for 401K.
on 3% match regardless of what is contributed by employee
I didn't read the fine print but I had this as an option with my former employer and Dupage bought our company so I opted to have it withdrawn from my check. I think they put in 5% of my of whatever I put in toward my investment.
The match is terrible. Had I stayed, I would not have received the match for over a year
Doesn't match until 2 years later.
A company that is doing very well yet the employees are not happy. I believe it won't be successful in the long run because there is a lot of turnover and upper management is the reason for it, so until that changes, good employees will continue to leave.
The best thing about the 401K plan is the employer % matching.
