I didn't read the fine print but I had this as an option with my former employer and Dupage bought our company so I opted to have it withdrawn from my check. I think they put in 5% of my of whatever I put in toward my investment.

StarStarStarStarStar Former CMA in Lisle, Illinois

The match is terrible. Had I stayed, I would not have received the match for over a year

  • Oct 09, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Manger in Downers Grove, Illinois

Doesn't match until 2 years later.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager in Downers Grove, Illinois

A company that is doing very well yet the employees are not happy. I believe it won't be successful in the long run because there is a lot of turnover and upper management is the reason for it, so until that changes, good employees will continue to leave.

The best thing about the 401K plan is the employer % matching.
