We offer two High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP's) and one EPO Plan through BLUE CROSS and BLUESHIELD of IL. Employees can take advantage of paying a lower deductible when seeing physicians in teh DMG Advantage network. All prenetative healthcare expenses are covered at 100%.
High deductible- low premium but ends up being costly if you need to use it for anything other than preventative services. HMO- high premium.
Too expensive. High copy's. Only Hmo or high deductible plans.
There are only three options. Two HD plans and 1 other plan. I was told that there use to be a HMO plan and my co workers say that changed also.
Very high deductible with a high premium.
Terrible health insurance. You won't find an employee that doesn't think the insurance is terrible.

The plan you pick may change and you may or may not be notified of those changes. For example the copays may go up and there was no notification of that change.
High cost and you pay very high co-pays and are penalized if you don't use their physician network
Compared to others, it's very expensive. You pay less if you go to someone in their network, but might not be the best choice.
