No work from home options across whole company
Benefits packages are expensive and designed to benefit the doctors more than the patient. DMG is partnered with BCBS for better reimbursements for the doctors. 401k is nonexistent now.
The best thing is the 401k package
Too expensive and absolutely no coverage on service or medications until you’ve payed out at least two grand. No 401k match for your first 1 1/2 -2 yrs depending on start date. Vacation time taken at your own risk due to lack of coverage.
The health insurance is a high deductible or HMO. The high deductible only covers preventative care, everything else is out of pocket (towards the deductible) the premium is reasonable, the HMO premium is no affordable for many employees. They only match half of up to 6% for the 401k and deposit it 1 yearly (after you have been there for over a year.
We have comprehensive, pretty affordable healthcare, including dental. Long term and short term disability, life, accident, critical care, legal and a few other coverages are also included. We have paid time off and flexible hours. We can work from home in some cases. All in all, a pretty good place to work.
Health, 401k, vacation and sick time. Their benefits are very very expensive though
Health insurance very expensive. The doctors have cheaper insurance with better cover. Time off is competitive with other health care companies.
Very high insurance premiums for a medical group. 3% 401K match on contributions over 6%
Health insurance is kind of expensive but well worth it
