good coverage, very low monthly premiums if you take advantage of the "Health Assessment" annually which gives you an additional monthly credit against your premiums
They are pushing everyone to use the high deductible plan with an HSA. Good if you are young and healthy, Not so good if you are not healthy.
Health Insurance is comparable to other top companies
High premium (~$150/month for a family). High deductible ($2,600) & high out of pocket max ($10,000).
all preventative care covered. $1200 given for family coverage in form of HSA. However annual principal is equal to company "gift", so essentially, you have a high deductible plan that you can contribute to a pool of money similar to a FSA which rolls over every year
