Covered almost every medical incident
Co-pays are reasonable. Premiums are pretty standard in industry. Choice of doctors is great. For slightly more co-pay, you can go out of network. The retiree cost is twice the employee cost.
Good coverage. Minimal amount out of pocket.
Have seen a steady reduction in benefit quality.
High Deductible way too high
Costs are better than what is available on the open market, but often not as good as those offered by other compnaies.
Not great but still beats Obamacare
