New for 2020, the company has stated that it will provide new mothers with 16 weeks off for maternity leave. New fathers will receive 4 weeks off. As I understand it, this time can be used from one year at the birth of your child and does not need to be taken all at once. This benefit was overdue. Several female employees took it upon themselves to argue the financial case for having it before this policy was enacted. It should have never come to that and this policy should have been in place long ago. This policy seems a little better than average for industry.
