good for longtime employees hired at least 5+ (maybe longer now..) years ago. Much lower maximum vacation now for more recent hires. Also accrues differently for newer hires (increases every single year, instead of at milestone years like 5, 10, 20 etc as in the past). New hires also do not have the option for "buying" a week of unpaid time off in addition to their vacation.
