A very competitive package. The company is great at taking feedback for further improvements and already implementing new items in 2019.
The onsite gym needs to be updated
They just changed the PTO policy to unlimited PTO and increased maternity / paternity leave to 12 paid weeks! And the work from anywhere policy is great- we can work from home 2 days a week.
Great benefits package here at DSI.
health insurance and time off were good. people were abusing sick days, so they switched to four weeks off after your first year which was great for a corporate job. Didn't make up for the lousy salary that wasn't competitive with the market.
401K match is good, as is PTO but the benefits package wasn't the best

Great healthcare coverage, comparable rates, change in maternity leave seemed to make it less desirable, but that might depend on the department you work for, fitness reimbursement is awesome, work from home availability.
DSI takes care of their employees. They want to recruit and retain top talent. This hasn't always appeared to be the case but with a new CEO taking over and 2018 starting strong I think times will continue to shift in the right direction.
