They just switched to an unlimited PTO plan and we have a work from home policy too.
Good PTO and used to offer unlimited sick time but that was taken away as too many took advantage
They give you a few days but they also make you feel terrible for taking it.
Starting with the 2018 benefit year, they have changed the vacation and sick leave policies. Instead of "Vacation" we now get "Paid Time Off" which encompasses both vacation and sick leave. Everyone will now be eligible for 5 additional days of PTO (with a max of 5 weeks). 0-1 yrs gets 15 days, 1-6 yrs gets 20 days, 6+yrs gets 25 days PTO. That's awesome! HOWEVER... they took away our "unlimited" sick days, and are now requiring us to use our PTO for any time we are out of the office sick! Thanks Dude Solutions, you're really looking out for your employees best interests here.
not enough time first year
Only 2 weeks for your first year (abysmal). But they do have employee reward trips every 5 years.
10 days your first year and 15 your second. You have to be there for 5 years to get to 20 days.
9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday are great. Getting 3 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment is also great, but having to wait until your 6th year of employment for additional vacation is too long!
Low number of days off and management will call you on your vacation and ask you to work.
Upgraded last year the number of weeks of vacation.
