The health insurance is horrible. The deductible is high and services offered are minimal. There is no gym reimbursement.
Benefit offerings and 401k matching are average for the industry. First year analyst receive 14 vacation days per year. No corporate discount for gym memberships.

Excellent 401k package. I have no complaints about any of the benefits they treat employees well

Flex Travel was great. Combination of PTO and Floating holidays was solid as well.
