Duke is known to have basically some of the best benefits in the world. I have tried to structure my career to stay within the Duke system. Health care/401K/child tuition is unrivaled

Medical insurance is fine if all of your family lives locally. It is very expensive if you have a family member that is out of state (college, working in another city and <26).

The best thing about the benefit package is vision, health package. However my pay was so low that I could not contribute to my retirement plan.
