The health insurance is sufficient and the dental is more than applicable. I've not been at a company that was as focused on employees as much as this one
Expensive, super high deductible, and overall just cost too much
With critically ill children, Diabetics...costs are MORE expensive through insurance for pump supplies, pumps and insulin. I paid as uninsured for a Tandem x2 pump for my child. My cost was $4300. If I would have gone through insurance I would have paid $8000. They pay higher premiums and once the $10,000 deductible is met we still have to pay 20% co-pay on everything. Each year we spend around $27,000 for employee insurance coverage+ deductible+20%. We cannot cope and the salary is good but the poor insurance coverage breaks us.
Cost to the employee is too high
Great health insurance for all the employees.
High costs, but that seems similar to many people these days.
The cost is pretty high for a family - for so-so insurance.
No issues with health care options
Company matches good money on HSA accounts.
I have the PPO so I barely pay anything out of pocket when I visit the doctor or a specialist (I just pay the copay).
